  • 400g fresh blackberries
  • 500ml natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp wheat bran

In a blender mix the wheat bran, then combine honey, blackberries, blend until smooth.

Add the yogurt and blend until smooth, pour into glasses and serve.

Thermomix, mix the wheat bran time 10s, speed 10

add honey, fruits time 30sek, speed 6

add natural yogurt time 6sek, speed 3
