- 1 strawberry jelly
- 1 cup of water
- 400g fresh strawberries
- 450 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla sugar powder
To prepare the jelly , dissolve jelly in a one cup of boiled water , stir well and leave to cool, do don’t allow to set. Just cool slightly.
In a big bowl blend together natural yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, 2/3 of strawberries until smooth. The remaining strawberries cut into small pieces and add to the blended mass of yogurt and stir with a spoon.
Place the yogurt cream in each parfaits and put into the fridge to set.
