Beat the escalopes as thinly as passible, season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg.
Dip the escalopes in the egg , then coat in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the steak and fry quickly , for 2 minutes and turn over.
On the top of escalopes put two pineapple slices, spread with grated cheese. Cover the pan and fry another 2 minutes.
Serve with baked potatoes and fresh vegetables salat
