50g smoked becon
500g pork lean mince ( you can use beef )
2 averages onions
2 the chicken cube
1 white part of leek
1 can sweetcorn
3 tablespoon puree double concentrated
1 cup of single cream
salt, black pepper
1 philadelphia garlik & herbs
1 tablespoon dried mixed herbs
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Pour the water into the pan, add 2 the chicken cube, chopped leek , bring to the boil. In the meantime put on the hot fry the poork mince, chopped onions and mushrooms. Whan the meat is golden brown , add everything into the soup.
Add dried herbs, sweetcorn, concentrated, nutmeg. Cook another a few minute.
Mix together cream with philadelphia, Add into the cream 1/2 cup of hot soup, mix it well , return slowly into the soup and simmer a few minute .
