This is a completely different way of potato cakes, my taste of childhood , delectable.
10 potatoes , grated
1 carrot
2 eggs
3 tablespoon flour
iol for frying
salt
Grate the potatoes and carrot. Mix the potatoes with the eggs, flour, salt. The mixture should be thick.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, then drop four spoonfuls of mixture.
Cook over a medium heat until the surface is golden underneath. Turn the cakes over and cook in the same way.
Put the cakes on the kitchen paper to remaining oil. We love them with besprinkle sugar, without sugar are very taste as well.
