Beat the escalopes as thinly as passible, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Beat the egg.
Dip the escalopes in the egg , then coat in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put scalopes on the pan, and fry quickly for 2 minute, turn over. Fry another 2 minute.
